Shipping and Returns


Please allow sufficient time for a product to be shipped. You can refer to the product page for estimated delivery times. Sometimes, especially during holiday rush hours, delivery can be slower. If there will be a long delay, I will try my best to let you know. Also please give extra time for products made at the time of order, such as apparel and accessories.

Items are shipped to the address you have provided as your SHIPPING ADDRESS, unless we have arranged otherwise. 

International Customers

We are not responsible for any additional customs fees and duties that may occur in your country of residence. For more information on customs fees in your country of residence, please contact your local Customs Office. 


We try to represent our products accurately and want them to make you happy.  Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Returns on new/unused merchandise and non-customized products are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide a shipping label and return number for processing. Send any return questions to


Refunds will be issued in the method of payment used, or in the form of in-store credit. Shipping fees are not refundable.


All of our apparel is printed on demand by a third-party service, and we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for wrong sizes. If a garment shows a clear manufacturing defect (bad or damaged printing, popped seam, etc.) please contact us with a photo of the defect and a photo of the entire garment, and we'll get a replacement made and shipped to you right away. 

There is a short window of time after an apparel order has been placed that we can change size and/or color. If you have placed an apparel order in error and would like to change it, please contact us within 24 hours after you have placed the order and we'll do our best to make those changes before your garment is produced. We cannot promise that we will be able to submit changes before production has begun, but we will do our best.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union Policy

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We do our best to ensure the successful shipment of your purchase. However, we cannot be held responsible if an item gets lost in the mail. Standard Priority mail through USPS includes a tracking number for your convenience.
